Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a return or refund, without providing any reason.
2. Return conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons (food products), returns are only accepted if the product is:
- unopened
- not consumed
- in its original packaging
3. Return request
The customer must submit a return request within 3 days after delivery by contacting:

4. Refund
After verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective product.
6. Hand delivery
For deliveries within Île-de-France (hand delivery), the customer must check the product at the time of delivery.
No claims will be accepted after the product has been accepted.
