Shipping policy
1. Order processing
All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours (1–2 days) after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery area
Deliveries are available only within Île-de-France (France).
3. Delivery method
Orders are delivered directly by Dolunay Market (hand delivery or local delivery service).
The customer may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time if necessary.
4. Delivery times
Once the order is ready, delivery is carried out within 1 to 2 business days maximum.
5. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery area.
6. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Dolunay Market cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. Delays or delivery issues
In case of delay or inability to deliver, the customer will be contacted directly to arrange an alternative solution.
8. Delivery / handover
Orders are delivered either:
- directly to the customer (hand delivery)
- or via a local delivery solution organized by Dolunay Market
Proof of delivery may be requested.
